Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Sukh Healthcare, we maintain strict quality control over our premium Ayurvedic products like KAMA-XXX GOLD. Because we deal in healthcare and wellness supplements, our return policies are designed to ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers.
Note on Supplements: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used capsule bottles/blisters under any circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
- Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order completely free of charge before it is dispatched from our warehouse. Please contact us immediately at admin@sukhhealthcare.com or call +91-9306027053 with your Order ID.
- After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund & Return Policy
- Damaged/Incorrect Item Received: If you receive a damaged product box or an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Share a clear video/photo of the unboxing and the damaged product to admin@sukhhealthcare.com. We will arrange a free replacement or initiate a full refund.
- Return of Unopened Products: We accept returns of unopened, sealed products in their original packaging within 5 days of delivery. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- Refund Processing Time: Once your eligible return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (via CCAvenue) within 5-7 business days.
